What services do you offer?
I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and young adults, with a focus on younger clients. I see clients ages 9 and older.
I work with concerns including trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the healing process. Feeling safe, understood, and connected in the work together is an important foundation for change.
My approach is rooted in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also draw from ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness based practices in an informed and flexible way, depending on your needs.

Do you offer virtual or in person sessions?
All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining privacy and flexibility.

Where are you located?
I am based in Colorado and currently offer therapy to clients located in the state of Colorado.

How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are self pay. My standard rate is $115 per 50 minute session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance at this time. However, I do offer sliding pay scale options.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to help you get a sense of whether we might be a good fit. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and explore next steps with no pressure or commitment.
